AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTIONS 52-15-280 AND 62-15-290, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO STATE LICENSING OF BOWLING ALLEYS AND SKATING RINKS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

Section 1. Sections 52-15-280 and 52-15-290 of the 1976 Code are repealed.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1980.
