AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 44-11-90, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES EXEMPT FROM JURY AND STATE MILITARY DUTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

Section 1. Section 44-11-90 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval of the Governor.
