AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 12-45-230, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO LIMITATIONS ON INVESTMENT OF COUNTY FUNDS IN COUNTIES WITH CERTAIN POPULATIONS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

Section 1. Section 12-45-230 of the 1976 Code is hereby repealed.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
