A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL, RELATING TO STREAM CLASSIFICATIONS, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 3, ISSUE 21, PAGE 44 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

Section 1. The regulations of the Department of Health and Environmental Control, relating to stream classifications, published as proposed regulations in Volume 3, Issue 21, page 44 of the State Register and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are hereby approved.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
