AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM A PORTION OF ROAD S-30-324 IN THE TOWN OF MOUNTVILLE IN LAURENS COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road to be closed

Section 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system that portion of Road S-30-324 in the Town of Mountville in Laurens County beginning at the intersection of Road S-30-324 and Road S-30-325 and continuing to the intersection of Road S-30-324 and Highway 72.

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
