AN ACT TO PROVIDE A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR APPROVED ACCOUNTS OF THE LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Supplemental appropriation for legislative department

Section 1. The following sums of money are hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the State to supplement appropriations heretofore made for the ordinary expenses of state government for the fiscal year 1980-1981:

Legislative Department

The Senate

Approved Accounts $38,000.00

The House of Representatives

Approved Accounts $75,000.00

Special Services for both Houses

Approved Accounts $20,000.00

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
