A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE AND MARINE RESOURCES, REGULATIONS WILD TURKEY HUNTING WITHIN THE MOUNTAIN, WESTERN AND CENTRAL PIEDMONT HUNT UNITS, THE FRANCIS MARION NATIONAL FOREST AND THE PALACHUCOLA-WEBB GAME MANAGEMENT AREA, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 4, ISSUE 22, PAGE 64 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

Section 1. The regulations of the South Carolina Department of Wildlife and Marine Resources, regulating wild turkey hunting within the Mountain, Western and Central Piedmont Hunt Units, the Francis Marion National Forest and the Palachucola-Webb Game Management Area, published as proposed regulations in Volume 4, Issue 22, page 64 of the State Register and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to Act 176 of 1977, are hereby approved.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
