AN ACT REPEALING SECTION 3 OF ACT 518 OF 1980, RELATING TO APPROVAL BY THE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROJECTS AND THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF CERTAIN BONDS AND BOND NOTES OF THE STATE AND ITS INSTITUTIONS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

Section 1. Section 3 of Act 518 of 1980 is repealed.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
