A JOINT RESOLUTION TO AMEND ACT 550 OF 1980, RELATING TO THE REAUTHORIZATION OF THE EXISTENCE OF THE BOARD OF ARCHITECTURAL EXAMINERS, SO AS TO EXTEND THE REAUTHORIZATION FROM JULY 1, 1981, THROUGH JUNE 30, 1984.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

Section 1. Section 1 of Act 50 of 1980 is amended by striking on the last line "July 1, 1981" and inserting "through June 30, 1984, unless otherwise terminated by subsequent action of the General Assembly". The section when amended shall read:

"Section 1. In accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of Act 608 of 1978, the existence of the Board of Architectural Examiners is reauthorized through June 30, 1984, unless otherwise terminated by subsequent action of the General Assembly."

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
