A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, RELATING TO ADJUSTMENT OF DOLLAR AMOUNTS IN THE SOUTH CAROLINA CONSUMER PROTECTION CODE, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 4, ISSUE 15,PAGE OF 1 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

Section 1. The regulations of the Department of Consumer Affairs, relating to adjustment of dollar amounts in the South Carolina Consumer Protection Code, published as proposed regulations in Volume 4, Issue 15, page 1 of the State Register and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to Act 176 of 1977, are hereby approved.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
