AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 60-11-1050, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE TAKING OR POSSESSING OF TURKEYS ILLEGALLY, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE SALE OF CONFISCATED PROPERTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Confiscated property

SECTION 1. Section 50-11-1050 of the 1976 Code, as added by Section 5 of Act 101 of 1979, is amended by adding at the end:

"Such confiscated property shall be sold following the procedure provided in Section 50-11-2080."

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
