A JOINT RESOLUTION TO INCLUDE MILITARY STUDENTS IN THE COUNT OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT STUDENTS IN THE SENIOR COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES OF THIS STATE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Military students included in count

Section 1. Military students in the senior colleges and universities of this State shall be included in the count of full-time equivalent students for the purpose of determining the appropriation of each institution. The Commission on Higher Education and the Budget and Control Board may make whatever audit adjustments are necessary to carry out this intent.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
