AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-13-795 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT SHALL BE LAWFUL TO FISH FOR EELS ON ANY DAY OF THE WEEK ON THE SAVANNAH RIVER IN JASPER COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Lawful to fish the eels

Section 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 50-13-795. It shall be lawful to fish for eels on any day of the week on the Savannah River in Jasper County."

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
