AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 58-15-230, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976 RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT WHICH REQUIRES A DIRECTOR TO BE A STOCKHOLDER IN RAILROAD, STREET RAILWAY, STEAMBOAT AND CANAL COMPANIES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repealed

Section 1. Section 58-15-230 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
