AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM A PORTION OF ROAD S-38-1126 IN ORANGEBURG COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road to be closed

SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system approximately 0.079 miles of Road S-38-1126 in Orangeburg County commencing at the entrance gate of the Townsend Lumber and Builders Supply Company to the right-of-way of the Seaboard Coastline Railroad.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
