AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 890 OF 1976, RELATING TO THE HOLLY SPRINGS VOLUNTEER FIRE DISTRICT IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SO AS TO CORRECT THE REFERENCE TO THE ACT WHICH CREATED IT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Holly Springs Volunteer Fire District

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Act 890 of 1976 is amended by striking on line two "551 of 1971" and inserting "1958 of 1972". The section when amended shall read:

"Section 1. The name of the Piedmont Rural Fire District in Spartanburg County, created by Act 1958 of 1972, is changed to the Holly Springs Volunteer Fire District."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
