AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE CLOSING OF A PORTION OF A ROAD IN DORCHESTER COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed

Section 1. The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation is authorized to close and remove from the state highway system a portion of Road S-641 in Dorchester County which runs along an unnamed street from Old Trolley Road (Road S-199) northeasterly to station 2+47.6 thence southeasterly to station 6+30.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor.
