AN ACT TO Direct The Department Of Highways And Public Transportation To Close And Remove From The State Highway System Road S-13-165 In Chesterfield County.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed

Section 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system Road S-13-165 in Chesterfield County. The road is approximately three-tenths of a mile in length and connects Teals Mills Road and the City of Chesterfield.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor.
