AN ACT TO REAPPORTION THE DEFINED SINGLE-MEMBER ELECTION DISTRICTS FROM WHICH THE MEMBERS OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF MARLBORO COUNTY ARE ELECTED.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Marlboro County election districts reapportioned

Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, commencing with the 1982 election one member of the governing body of Marlboro County shall be elected from each of the following single-member election districts:
