A JOINT RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE A ROAD IN FAIRFIELD COUNTY AS "ELIZABETH GASQUE VAN EXEM HIGHWAY".

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road designated

Section 1. South Carolina Highway 34 from the southern town limits of the Town of Winnsboro to the western town limits of the Town of Ridgeway in Fairfield County is designated the "Elizabeth Gasque Van Exem Highway". The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall install appropriate markers or signs at places along the highway as the department deems advisable containing the words "Elizabeth Gasque Van Exem Highway".

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor.
