AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT OF 1982 BEARING RATIFICATION NUMBER 293, RELATING TO THE REAPPORTIONMENT OF THE DEFINED SINGLE-MEMBER ELECTION DISTRICTS FROM WHICH MEMBERS OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF LEE COUNTY ARE ELECTED, SO AS TO REDEFINE TWO ELECTION DISTRICTS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Election districts reapportioned

Section 1. Section 2 of an act of 1982 bearing ratification number 293 is amended in District Numbers 1 and 2 by striking "629" and inserting "633"; by striking "2,584" and inserting "2,588"; by striking "- 4.51" and inserting "- 4.36"; by striking "251" and inserting "247"; by striking "2,778" and inserting "2,774"; and by striking "+ 2.66" and inserting "+ 2.51"; amend further at the end of Section 2 by striking under "Variance"
