AN ACT TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE HAMPTON COUNTY RESEARCH, PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION TO THE HAMPTON COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Name changed

Section 1. The name of the Hampton County Research, Planning and Development Commission, created by Act 980 of 1962, is changed to the Hampton County Industrial Development Commission.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor.
