AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-19-1925 SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE PROMULGATION OF REGULATIONS TO MANAGE AND PROTECT FISHERIES IN THE SANTEE RIVER.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Department to promulgate regulations

Section 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 50-19-1925. The Department shall promulgate regulations to manage and protect fisheries in the Santee River."

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
