AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 41-11-190, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PAYMENT OF WAGES OF EMPLOYEES WHO RESIGN OR QUIT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

Section 1. Section 41-11-190 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor.
