A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF NURSING, RELATING TO LICENSING OF NURSES AND UNLICENSED NURSING PERSONNEL ADMINISTERING MEDICATION, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 6, ISSUE 2, PAGES 43 AND 45 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

Section 1. The regulations of the Board of Nursing, relating to licensing of nurses and unlicensed nursing personnel administering medication, published as proposed regulations in Volume 6, Issue 2, pages 43 and 45 of the State Register and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are hereby approved.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor.
