AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR TWO ADDITIONAL MAGISTRATES FOR ANDERSON COUNTY,

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Two additional magistrates authorized for Anderson County SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of Part III of Act 164 of 1979, in addition to the number of magistrates authorized by law for Anderson County there are authorized two additional magistrates.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
