AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 53-1-15, SO AS TO EXEMPT AUTOMOBILE RACES WHICH ARE SCHEDULED TO BE TWO HUNDRED FIFTY MILES OR MORE FROM THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 53-1-10.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Automobile races exempt

SECTION 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 53-1-15. The provisions of Section 53-1-10 do not apply to automobile races which are scheduled to be two hundred fifty miles or more in length."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
