AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 7-13-750, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, WHICH PERMITS SPOUSES TO VOTE TOGETHER; SECTION 7-21-30, RELATING TO THE ASSIGNMENT OF NUMBERS FOR SENATORIAL DISTRICT SEATS; AND SECTION 7-21-40, RELATING TO STATEMENTS TO BE FILED BY CANDIDATES FOR THE OFFICE OF STATE SENATOR FROM MULTICOUNTY DISTRICTS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Sections 7-13-750, 7-21-30, and 7-21-40 of the 1976 Code are repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
