AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM THAT PORTION OF PINE STREET IN PAGELAND IN CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, APPROXIMATELY ONE HUNDRED FEET LONG WHICH LIES INSIDE THE PROPERTY LINE OF THE PAGELAND SCREEN PRINTERS, INC.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed

SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system that portion of Pine Street in Pageland in Chesterfield County, approximately one hundred feet long which lies inside the property line of the Pageland Screen Printers, Inc.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
