AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM ROAD S-30-854 IN LAURENS COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed

SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system a section of road in Laurens County designated S-30-854, extending from S-274 approximately three-tenths of a mile south of its intersection with S-53 easterly to County Park, approximately one-half mile.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
