AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 935 OF 1956 CREATING THE BELVEDERE WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT IN AIKEN COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Act 935 of 1956 is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
