A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL, RELATING TO UNDERGROUND INJECTION CONTROL, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 6, ISSUE 12, PAGE 30 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Health and Environmental Control, relating to underground injection control, published as proposed regulations in Volume 6, Issue 12, page 30 of the State Register and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to Act 176 of 1977, are approved subject to the Memorandum of Agreement entered into by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and the South Carolina Water Resources Commission on April 22, 1983.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
