AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM THAT PORTION OF ROAD S-16-164, THIRD STREET, FROM ROAD S-16-162, AVENUE C, TO ROAD S-16-92, AVENUE B, IN DARLINGTON COUNTY, APPROXIMATELY EIGHT ONE-HUNDREDTHS OF A MILE LONG.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed

SECTION 1. The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close from the state highway system that portion of Road S-16-164, Third Street, from Road S-16-162, Avenue C, to Road S-16-92, Avenue B, in Darlington County, approximately eight one-hundreths of a mile long.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.A

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed

SECTION 1. The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system Road S-18-300, known as the Knightsville Methodist Church Loop, in Dorchester County.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
