AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 40-43-30, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE LICENSE REQUIRED FROM THE BOARD OF PHARMACY TO PRACTICE PHARMACY, SO AS TO DELETE ARCHAIC LANGUAGE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Pharmacists to have lidense

SECTION 1. Section 40-43-30 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"Section 40-43-30. Every pharmacist, who engages in the practice of pharmacy in this State shall have a license from the Board of Pharmacy."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
