AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM THAT PORTION OF ROAD NUMBER 534 BETWEEN THE OLD JAIL AND THE OFFICE OF T. BELK INGRAM LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF CHERAW IN CHESTERFIELD COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Portion of road removed from state highway system

Section 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system that portion of Road Number 534 between the old jail and the office of T. Belk Ingram located in the Town of Cheraw in Chesterfield County.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
