AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTIONS 44-57-10 THROUGH 44-57-80, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO BEDDING REQUIREMENTS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Sections 44-57-10 through 44-57-80 of the 1976 Code are repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
