AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM ROADS 113 AND 209 IN THE CITY OF CHESTER IN CHESTER COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed

SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system Roads 113 and 209 in the City of Chester in Chester County.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
