A JOINT RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE SHAD FISHING SEASON IN THAT PORTION OF THE GREAT PEE DEE RIVER ABOVE THE SALT WATER-FRESH WATER DIVIDING LINE FOR TWO WEEKS FOR THE YEAR 1984 ONLY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Shad season extended

SECTION 1. The shad fishing season is extended in the Great Pee Dee River above the salt water-fresh water dividing line for two weeks for the year 1984 only.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
