AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-13-1192, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE USE OF NONGAME FISHING DEVICES IN THE FRESHWATERS OF THE STATE, SO AS TO ALLOW THE USE OF A MAXIMUM OF FIFTY SET HOOKS A LICENSE HOLDER IN THE BLACK RIVER.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Nongame fishing devices

SECTION 1. Section 50-13-1192 of the 1976 Code, as amended, is further amended by adding:

"Set Hooks Fifty maximum per license holder"

after "Black River:

Gill nets Nongame nets in season".

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
