A JOINT RESOLUTION TO AMEND ACT 1377 OF 1968, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO STATE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SO AS TO SUSPEND, FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1984 ONLY, THE PROVISIONS OF AN UNNUMBERED SECTION RELATING TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO ISSUE STATE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS ONLY IN ODD-NUMBERED YEARS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Provisions suspended

SECTION 1. The provisions of an unnumbered section of Act 1377 of 1968, created by Section 13 of Act 518 of 1980 and amended by Section 12 of Act 179 of 1981, are suspended for calendar year 1984 only.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
