AN ACT TO REVISE AND INCREASE THE COMPENSATION OF THE CHAIRMAN, SECRETARY, AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE GOVERNING COMMISSION OF THE GREENWOOD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Compensation

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Act 441 of 1959, the chairman of the Greenwood Metropolitan District shall receive as compensation two hundred fifty dollars a month, the secretary shall receive two hundred dollars a month, and the other members of the governing commission of the district shall receive one hundred fifty dollars a month, to be paid from the revenue of the district.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
