A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF CERTIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS OPERATORS, RELATING TO LEVELS OF CERTIFICATION, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 6, ISSUE 18, PAGE 63 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

SECTION 1. The regulations of the Board of Certification of Environmental Systems Operators, relating to levels of certification, published as proposed regulations in Volume 6, Issue 18, page 63 of the State Register and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to Act 176 of 1977, are approved.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
