A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PERMIT THE SOUTH CAROLINA TAX COMMISSION TO TRANSFER, WITH THE PERMISSION OF THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, AN AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM THE WARRANT REVOLVING FUND TO THE COMMISSION'S 1982-83 OPERATING APPROPRIATIONS FOR EQUIPMENT, POSTAGE, TELEPHONE, AND PRINTING.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Tax Commission may transfer funds

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, and upon approval of the State Budget and Control Board, the South Carolina Tax Commission may transfer from the Warrant Revolving Fund to its 1982-83 operating appropriations for equipment, postage, telephone, and printing, an amount not exceeding two hundred thousand dollars.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
