A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE WILDLIFE AND MARINE RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, RELATING TO CREATING A NO WAKE ZONE IN THE WATERS OF WAPPOO CREEK IN CHARLESTON COUNTY IN AN AREA OF PARKWOOD HEIGHTS EXTENSION, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 7, ISSUE 3, PAGE 191 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

SECTION 1. The regulations of the Wildlife and Marine Resources Department, relating to creating a No Wake Zone in the waters of Wappoo Creek in Charleston County in an area of Parkwood Heights Extension, published as proposed regulations in Volume 7, Issue 3, page 191 of the State Register and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to Act 176 of 1977, are approved.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
