A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE, RELATING TO PROCEDURE FOR PERMITTING SAME MINIMUM NONFORFEITURE STANDARDS FOR MEN AND WOMEN UNDER 1980 CSO AND CET MORTALITY TABLES, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 367, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina;

Regulations approved

SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Insurance, relating to procedure for permitting same minimum nonforfeiture standards for men and women under 1980 CSO and CET mortality tables, designated as Regulation Document Number 367, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to Act 176 of 1977, are approved.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
