AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR AN ADDITIONAL MAGISTRATE IN MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT NO. 6 IN HORRY COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Additional magistrate in Horry County

SECTION 1. In addition to the other magistrates for Horry County provided by law, there is an additional magistrate for Magisterial District No. 6, comprised of Dogwood Neck and Socastee Townships.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
