A JOINT RESOLUTION TO REAUTHORIZE THE EXISTENCE OF THE BOARD OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL EXAMINERS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Board of Landscape Architectural Examiners reauthorized

SECTION 1. In accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of Act 608 of 1978, the existence of the Board of Landscape Architectural Examiners is reauthorized for six years.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
