AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM A PORTION OF ROAD S-36-380 IN NEWBERRY COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed

SECTION 1. The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system that portion of Road S-36-380 in Newberry County which is located from a point approximately .60 miles east of U. S. Route 76 easterly to a point approximately .20 miles west of U. S. Route 76 which is .40 miles in length.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
