AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM THAT PORTION OF BRANCH STREET BETWEEN MILL STREET AND MAPLE STREET IN THE CITY OF ABBEVILLE IN ABBEVILLE COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed

SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system that portion of Branch street between Mill Street and Maple Street in the City of Abbeville in Abbeville County.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
