A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS, RELATING TO ELECTION PROCEDURES FOR THE STATE BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS AND THE MEDICAL DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 687, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

SECTION 1. The regulations of the Board of Medical Examiners, relating to election procedures for the State Board of Medical Examiners and the Medical Disciplinary Commission, designated as Regulation Document Number 687, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are approved.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
